I love rosemary. Quite possibly too much. When I happened upon a recipe for Rosemary Fig Galette, I was euphoric.
In the interest of full disclosure, I did not love this the first time I tried it. But it grew on me like a number of ex-boyfriends.
So easy. So beautiful. Eventually delicious.
